Hi, it really is. Many water treatment systems work on this scheme. For example aquaculture, aquariums, sometimes swimming pools and drinking water production. After ozonizers in these cases there is an ultraviolet lamp. This is used in cases where ozone can directly harm and be dangerous in the water for humans or animals. Well, over time it will decompose in the water itself. Read a better blog Aqua analytic on this subject on this site.
